Drag TAWK into Applications
Leave it running. It lives in your menu bar and uses nothing while it waits.

Go to any text box and do not type
Instead, hold right ⌥. A small bar appears at the bottom of your screen and the lines move when you speak.

You can mumble. The words land where your cursor was. Double tap the key to stay hands free.
